Why Do Cooler Heads Always Prevail?
Have you ever noticed how in moments of stress, when you're feeling attacked or in the middle of a heated disagreement, it’s so easy to just lose your cool? When you let your emotions take over, nothing really gets solved. In fact, it often makes things worse. That’s where the saying 'cooler heads always prevail' comes in. It’s a reminder that when things get tough, it’s so important to stay calm. If you don’t, you’re just throwing more fuel on the fire, and that doesn’t help anyone. You can’t find any real progress or resolution if everyone’s just arguing for the sake of arguing. The key is to keep your composure, take a step back, and try to figure out a solution, rather than just adding to the chaos. It’s about thinking clearly and not letting the heat of the moment cloud your judgment. We love you all so, so much!

Why Is The Energy You Keep So Important?
Tuesday Feb 25, 2025
Tuesday Feb 25, 2025
The energy you carry with you is so important because it directly impacts how you move through the world and how others perceive you. When you’ve taken the time to truly understand yourself—your strengths, your weaknesses, what you’re capable of—it gives you a sense of confidence that isn’t rooted in arrogance. It’s a quiet kind of confidence, a purity that comes from knowing who you are, what you’re about, and what you still have to learn. It’s not about thinking you’re better than others, but about having that peaceful awareness that you’re doing your best and that you’re open to growth. You’re aware of your flaws, and you don’t shy away from them. But you also understand your strengths and don’t downplay them. It’s a balance. You want the best for yourself, but you also genuinely want the best for others. This creates a kind of energy that feels real and grounded. People pick up on it—it’s magnetic in the best way. And here's the thing: when you hold this energy, it translates into every part of your life. The way you handle challenges, the way you interact with others, how you show up for yourself—it all shifts. People see the authenticity in you, and they trust it. They can feel that you're not trying to impress or fake it, but rather that you are constantly evolving and learning. And that energy? It makes everything you do feel more purposeful, more impactful. We love you all so, so much!

Why Are We So Afraid Of Change?
Tuesday Feb 18, 2025
Tuesday Feb 18, 2025
Change can be really scary, right? It’s so easy to get stuck in a funk because we’re scared of what might happen if we step outside of our comfort zone. We sit there, worrying that things might go completely wrong if we make that leap. The unknown feels overwhelming, and it’s so much easier to stay where we are, even if we’re not happy, just because it’s familiar. But here’s the thing: what if that one decision, the one you’re scared to make, is the very thing that could change your life in the best possible way? Like, we spend so much time afraid of change, afraid that it might not work out, but we forget that sometimes all it takes is that one leap to completely shift the direction we’re headed in. It’s normal to be scared—everyone feels that way at some point. But trusting yourself, trusting that you can handle whatever comes next, is key. You don’t always know what’s on the other side of that big decision, but that’s where growth happens. The biggest opportunities often lie on the other side of fear. So, yeah, it’s terrifying. But what if, in that leap, you’re opening yourself up to something amazing that you wouldn’t have gotten otherwise? It really all comes down to a decision—a choice to trust yourself enough to take that first step. It could change everything. We love you all so, so much!

Are You Someone Who's Easily Influenced By People?
Monday Feb 17, 2025
Monday Feb 17, 2025
In today's world, it's so easy to be influenced by others. Whether it’s social media, friends, or even strangers, there’s this constant pressure to fit in, be liked, or just be seen. It almost feels like you have to change who you are to match what’s "cool" or what everyone else is doing. But here’s the thing: letting yourself be too easily influenced can seriously mess with your character. It can start to shift who you are, maybe even without you realizing it. We’re surrounded by so many ideas and opinions every day, and sometimes we get so caught up in trying to please others or keep up with the crowd that we forget who we really are. You start adopting other people’s perceptions, wants, and expectations, and it’s easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Your own values, the things that make you unique, can get pushed aside, and that’s when the impact becomes negative. It's important to stay true to yourself, even when it feels like the world around you is trying to pull you in a million different directions. Hold on to your morals, stay grounded in what you believe, and don’t let negative influences change your path. No matter what, remember the value you bring to the world—your individuality is what sets you apart. So, next time you're tempted to follow the crowd, pause and reflect on who you want to be, not who others want you to be. We love you all so much!

Tuesday Feb 04, 2025
You know, it's easy to get caught up in things from the past—whether it's an old job, material stuff, or a time in life when you felt like you had it all figured out. But the truth is, holding onto those moments or things can weigh you down, especially when life keeps changing around you. Things will never stay the same, and that’s okay. If you're always looking back or measuring your worth based on what was, you're just setting yourself up for stress and frustration. The key is to focus on what brings you peace now, in this moment. It's about figuring out what truly makes you happy, not based on a time or a place, but from a deeper sense of joy that’s not tied to the past. Life is about evolution—your growth, your impact, and how you’re shaping the present. The more we embrace change and focus on creating peace within ourselves, the less we let those past things define us. It’s about looking forward, staying open to what's next, and finding happiness in where you’re at today. That’s where the real freedom is. We love you all so, so much!

Why Is It Important To Do Things Your Own Way?
Wednesday Jan 29, 2025
Wednesday Jan 29, 2025
Doing things your own way is so important because, at the end of the day, you are one of a kind. We live in a world that often pressures us to fit in, to follow a certain path, or to meet some set of expectations. But here's the thing—when you try to mold yourself into something you're not, you're losing touch with your true self. Sure, some people might not get it, and they might even push back. But if you're doing things in a way that feels right to you, that's where the magic happens. Everyone’s got their own perspective, their own strengths, and their own way of thinking, and that’s what sets you apart. If you constantly try to fit into someone else's idea of success or the "right way" to do things, you might end up playing small. And that’s not how you thrive. Doing things your way doesn’t mean disregarding others or being reckless—it’s about finding what works for you and staying true to that. When you trust yourself enough to follow your own path, even if it’s different from the crowd, you get to create something authentic. And authenticity? That’s what people really connect with. So long as your choices don’t harm anyone, going against the grain can be exactly what you need to stand out and really make an impact. In a world that often celebrates conformity, being your true, unique self is one of the most powerful things you can do. We love you all so, so much!

Moving Out, Staying Grounded and Cherishing Every Moment
Wednesday Jan 29, 2025
Wednesday Jan 29, 2025
TDP Fam, first off, apologies for the delay in getting these videos out. Things have been super hectic on my our lately, but we're back and ready for some BIG changes!! In this episode, Adise talks about his journey of moving out of his childhood home. It’s not just about the physical move—it’s about learning to really appreciate the moments in life. It’s funny how we often fail to realize how special certain moments are until they’re in the behind us. We have this tendency to only recognize the value of something once it’s already gone. It's important to stay grounded, to stay present, and really soak in the moment rather than rush through life. And honestly, I think that’s something we could all use a reminder about. Life moves fast, and sometimes we get so caught up in the hustle that we forget to really be in the moment. We love you all so, so much!

LA Fires, TikTok Ban and The Very Interesting Start To The New Year
Thursday Jan 23, 2025
Thursday Jan 23, 2025
The recent fires in Pacific Palisades have been absolutely heartbreaking. Entire neighborhoods have been wiped out, and it’s tough to watch such a beautiful area go through so much devastation. People are struggling to rebuild, and it’s hard to see what the future holds for the community, especially with the increasing threat of wildfires in California. The entire vibe of the place has changed, and it’s going to take a long time for things to feel normal again. And on top of that, there’s the TikTok ban that’s about to hit. It’s honestly pretty tough because we’ve built this incredible community of 15,000 followers, all grown organically, and it felt so real. The connections we’ve made with people over there were genuine, and the thought of losing that space—just like that—is hard to swallow. It’s like starting from scratch with no idea where it will lead. Looking ahead to 2025, there’s a lot of uncertainty, but also some potential. Change is hard, especially when it feels like so many things are up in the air. But maybe that’s the point—there’s always room to pivot, adapt, and find new ways to stay connected and keep creating. It’s a time for reinvention, even if it’s a little scary. Whatever happens, we’ll find a way to make it work, and hopefully, we’ll come out of it stronger. We love you all so, so much!

Are You Carrying Emotional Baggage That’s Holding You Back?
Tuesday Jan 14, 2025
Tuesday Jan 14, 2025
Have you ever stopped to think about whether you’re carrying emotional baggage? It’s not always something you can see, but it’s definitely something you can feel. Emotional baggage is like this invisible weight you carry around—sometimes without even realizing it. It shows up in how you react to situations, how you talk to people, and how you feel about yourself. If you’ve been hurt in the past, whether it’s from a relationship, a loss, or any kind of trauma, that emotional weight can start to add up and affect almost every area of your life. When you’re carrying around old wounds or unresolved feelings, it shows in more ways than one. You might notice that your mood shifts quickly, that you feel drained, or that it’s harder to connect with people. Even your physical appearance can be affected—stress and unresolved emotions can show in your body, whether it's tension, headaches, or just that overall feeling of being worn out. And emotionally? You might find yourself stuck in negative thought patterns, always expecting the worst, or becoming irritated easily, even with the people who care about you the most. But here's the thing—this emotional baggage doesn’t just stay with you. It affects everyone around you, too. It’s hard to spread positive energy when you’re weighed down by all this emotional clutter. You might notice that your relationships with family and friends start to feel strained. You could be unintentionally pulling others into your negativity without meaning to. It’s not that you’re a bad person—it’s just that unresolved emotions have this way of leaking into every part of your life. The good news? You can let go of that weight. It's a process, but it’s totally worth it. Releasing emotional baggage isn’t about forgetting the past or pretending like things didn’t hurt—it’s about choosing not to let it control you anymore. When you start letting go, you make room for more positive energy, not just for yourself, but for everyone around you. You can start showing up as your best self—one who is lighter, freer, and able to bring more good vibes into the world. So, if you’re carrying emotional baggage, take a moment to think about how it’s affecting your life. What would it feel like to let go of that weight? How would it feel to show up for yourself and your loved ones with a little more peace and positivity? It’s not an easy road, but it's one that's definitely worth walking. We love you all so, so much!
