In this episode the TDP crew talk all things mental health. Nila explains how she's been feeling lately and her stance on her coping mechanisms related to her mental health. It's not easy vocalizing your problems to the world or to tell people you're having a hard time, but having a platform like this gives our audience an opportunity to relate to our issues and gain wisdom in areas that aren't talked about enough. Mental health related issues are scary, it almost feels like we're not in control and we're constantly fearing the unknown and wondering what's wrong with us and how we even got to this point. It's often taboo to display your thoughts and emotions on social media but it's important to vocalize these things because at the end of the day, we're all human. We all have bad days those sad moments where things just don't make sense and it's almost as though we're conditioned to be robotically happy all the time. These unrealistic moments of happiness 24/7 is not our reality and we should feel more inclined to talk about how we're really feeling, especially in moments of confusion and sadness among other things.
